1. License Grant
When you purchase a sound pack or sample kit, you receive a non-exclusive production license to use the included sounds in your own musical productions. This means:
- You may use the sounds in commercial releases (songs, albums, film/TV scores, video game soundtracks).
- You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the sounds as samples, loops, or sound packs — whether individually or as part of a collection.
- You may not share, transfer, or give away the downloaded files to third parties.
2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the sound recordings, compositions, and accompanying materials remain the sole property of STATiS x SAVILION. You do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading or using the products. The license granted is strictly for use in your original musical works.
3. Permitted Use
- Use in music tracks, beats, and compositions for commercial or non-commercial release.
- Use in video, film, television, advertising, and game soundtracks.
- Modification, editing, and processing of sounds to fit your productions.
- Inclusion in beat leases or exclusive sales to artists, provided the underlying sounds are part of a larger composition (no standalone loop resale).
4. Prohibited Use
- Reselling, re-licensing, or redistributing the sounds as sample packs, loop kits, or sound libraries — even if processed or rearranged.
- Uploading the raw sounds to file-sharing platforms, streaming services, or sample library websites.
- Claiming ownership of the sounds themselves (as opposed to the musical composition you create with them).
- Using the sounds in a way that infringes on third-party rights or promotes illegal activity.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Digital downloads cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. If you experience technical issues with your download, please contact us and we will assist you.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to lost profits or data loss.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
